When my father Dennis, my mother Dianne and I started Chesapeake Telephone Systems (now CTS) in 1985 we were like most entrepreneurs – very optimistic about what we saw as a great opportunity. We established the business to help apply ever changing technology to our customers’ business communication needs and to provide top quality service and top-notch customer support. I don’t think anyone in the early ’80s could have foreseen how much change and innovation our industry was going to experience!
